Job summary

Unique Courier Cargo Services is seeking a Business Development Executive in Dubai to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of leads, and develop relationships with clients. The role involves market research, preparing proposals, and presenting logistics solutions in client meetings to drive revenue growth.

You will coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of services while tracking performance against sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven record of new business development and meeting sales targets.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, courier or cargo services is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and travel for client visits.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dubai The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities build and maintain a pipeline of leads and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research qualifying leads preparing proposals and participating in client meetings to present logistics solutions The role also involves managing key accounts coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and tracking performance metrics to meet sales targets

The Business Development Executive will contribute to strategic initiatives that expand the company s market presence and support revenue growth

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and grow the client base.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in logistics, courier, or cargo services, preferably in a business development or sales role.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel local for client visits as needed.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
