Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of leads, and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings to present logistics solutions. The role also involves managing key accounts, coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, and tracking performance metrics to meet sales targets. The Business Development Executive will contribute to strategic initiatives that expand the company’s market presence and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and grow the client base.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in logistics, courier, or cargo services, preferably in a business development or sales role.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel locally for client visits as needed.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
