Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive BMS (Building Management System) Operator to monitor manage and maintain the building s automated systems to ensure optimal operation safety and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BMS software HVAC electrical and mechanical systems and a strong focus on maintaining building performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all building systems through the BMS to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform routine checks troubleshooting and adjustments on HVAC lighting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms system alerts and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain logs reports and system documentation for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to carry out repairs and upgrades on building systems.
• Ensure energy-efficient operations by analysing system data and recommending optimization strategies.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support facility management in planning system upgrades modifications and integration of new technologies.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or related field.
• Certification or training in BMS operations is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems electrical controls and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with BMS software (e.g. Honeywell Siemens Schneider Johnson Controls).
