Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with HVAC systems, electrical controls, and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with BMS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all building systems through the BMS.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments on HVAC and electrical systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections for safety and compliance.
