Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of models.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, layouts and as-built models as per project requirements.
• Identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies through BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g. Navisworks).
• Maintain BIM data integrity following company BIM standards and project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Collaborate with site and design teams to ensure constructability and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project engineers in delivering accurate design documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in electrical systems for high-rise or residential projects in the UAE.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination electrical layouts and local construction practices.
