Job description

• Defining the business requirements and associated processes to deliver BIM.
• Creating the launch plan ensuring all departments are prepared for product releases.
• Developing and maintaining the Common Data Environment (CDE) for all BIM web properties.
• Coordinating, negotiating, developing and supporting the execution of the BIM plan for all team members.
• Collecting communication requirements from project management and delivering execution plans.
• Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work.
• Providing assistance to project teams in preparing bids with 3D (and BIM) requirements.
• Delivering services to kick off a 3D (BIM) enabled project, including developing the BIM Execution Plan.
• Reviewing competencies of resources and suggesting training or recruitment plans.
• Developing a team of BIM modelers/consultants to provide technical assistance to project delivery.
• Delivering supply chain workshops to enable the project team to collaborate.
• Optimizing, creating and managing content for Revit and Revit families.
• Coordinating development of project Navisworks federated models for 4D/5D simulation and logistics coordination on large programs.
