Job summary

Bilfinger in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Project Administrator to support bilingual documentation and project data management on construction and consultancy projects.

You will draft letters in Arabic and English, manage submissions to clients and contractors, ensure quality checks, and keep EDMS records up to date. This role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi with a growing, multinational team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English for bilingual records and correspondence.
• Experience with document control in construction or consultancy is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Arabic/English letters and assist in translations.
• Prepare documents for submission to clients and contractors.
• Quality check documents before submission to stakeholders.
• Update Document Control Registers per quality standards.
• Maintain digital filing system of correspondences and documents.
• Ensure compliance with audit protocols for projects.
• Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders on documentation status.
• Prepare documents for formal submission to stakeholders.
• Upload and download deliverables on EDMS portals.
