Bilfinger in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Project Administrator to support bilingual documentation and project data management on construction and consultancy projects.

You will draft letters in Arabic and English, manage submissions to clients and contractors, ensure quality checks, and keep EDMS records up to date. This role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi with a growing, multinational team.

Competenze

• Fluency in Arabic and English for bilingual records and correspondence.
• Experience with document control in construction or consultancy is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

English/Arabic - Junior Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Fluency in Arabic & English for ease handling of bilingual records and correspondence
• Prepare Arabic / English letters, support in translation where necessary
• Preparation of document deliverables for submission to different Clients and Contractors.
• Performing quality check of documents prior to submission to related stakeholders.
• Updating Document Control Registers as per BEMEs Quality Standards, and submissions to related stakeholders
• Maintaining complete and accurate digital filing system of correspondences and documents as per BEMEs Standard.
• Adherence to organizations audit protocols and compliance requirements expected for projects.
• Coordinating with Internal project team members and external Stakeholders with respect to project documentation status and related reporting.
• Preparation of documents for formal submission to the related stakeholders
• Uploading and downloading of deliverables / correspondence on project specific EDMS submission portals

Tools & Software Competency

• Knowledge of any Document Management System or EDMS Software (Aconex or Wrench or Unifier or A-site etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
