Star Services in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle daily transactions, invoicing, and customer follow-ups within a busy distribution environment.

This on-site role requires a University degree, at least 2 years in distribution (Expeditors), strong MS Word/Excel and WMS skills, fast typing, and bilingual communication to assist customers and coordinate with warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Education: University Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the distribution department (Expeditors).
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and WMS.
• Typing speed of 30 wpm. Strong communication and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Daily input of customer transactions (receipts/orders).
• Prepare and process invoices and billing breakdowns.
• Provide operational reports upon request.
• Coordinate with warehouse on shipments and inventory for customers.
• Produce monthly KPI reports for customers.
