Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking a capable licensing operations professional in Dubai to provide license information to clients and partners within set timeframes. You will issue quotes and related documentation, maintain CRM records, and address inquiries to ensure high-quality service.

Collaborating with sales, finance, and renewals, you will analyze applications and support client retention through effective problem solving and communication in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Full Arabic and English proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients and professional partners with license-related information within set timeframes.
• Issue quotes and license-related documentation.
• Monitor and update the CRM system when managing a portfolio.
• Analyze passports, application forms and resolutions accurately.
• Respond to partner and client emails and queries.
• Handle complaints and find solutions to retain clients.
• Work closely with sales, finance and renewals departments.
