Job summary

International Free Zone Authority in Dubai seeks a Client Engagement Manager to drive license and product sales while building strong client relationships. You will coordinate with sales support, operations, finance, and trainers to keep clients informed of products and application status, and source new leads to hit targets.

The role requires a proven sales track record, excellent English, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4–10 years of sales and client relationship experience.
Full English proficiency required.
Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Drive and monitor sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with Clients, ensuring satisfaction.
Respond proactively to client queries and expectations, especially in challenging situations.
Lead business development strategies to unlock new sales opportunities and forge partnerships.
Participate in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions to enhance sales skills.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to keep stakeholders informed.
