IFZA Dubai is hiring a Client Relations Officer- TPA Consultant to liaise with governmental entities and clients, delivering timely license-related information and documentation. The role involves managing partner inquiries, issuing quotes, and maintaining CRM records to support a portfolio of work.

The successful candidate will handle emails and calls, ensure superior customer service, and foster long-lasting relationships with clients and professional partners in a fast-paced UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and license processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in B2B or partner management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients and partners with license-related information within set timeframes and guidelines.
• Issue quotes and provide license-related documentation to clients and partners.
• Monitor and update the CRM system regularly for a portfolio of work.
• Analyze documents such as passports, application forms and resolutions.
• Respond to client and partner emails and queries across various scenarios.

Job Description

TheTPA Consultantis responsible for obtaining information on third party approvals related tospecific business activities. The role entails liaising with governmentalentities and local authorities and ensuring accurate information iscommunicated to the concerned team members, professional partners, and clients.The TPA Consultant will also assist in obtaining third party approvals whenappropriate.:

• Providing clients and professional partners with license-related information inline with organizational time-frames and guidelines
• Issuing quotes and providing license-related documentation to clients andprofessional partners
• Monitoring and updating the CRM system regularly when managing aportfolio of work
• Accurately analyzing the content of all documentation such as passports,application forms and resolutions
• Responding to all partners’ and clients’ emails and queries on a range ofscenarios faced by licensees
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring IFZA’s reputationand integrity is maintained
• Fostering long-lasting business relationships with clients and professionalpartners
• Handling complaints and finding optimal solutions to ensure clients’ happinessand retention
• Operating closely with sales, finance, and renewals departments
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Full Arabic and English proficiency is required
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
• Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectivelyon phone calls, via email, and during sporadic face-to-face interactions
• Strong attention to details
• Industryknowledge relating to licensing, business activities and governmental processesis advantageous but not mandatory
• CustomerService, Client Relationship Management, B2B, Channel Partner experience isadvantageous
