Job summary

Fritz & Muller seeks a Sales Manager - Beverage Ingredients (B2B) to drive commercial operations across the Middle East, including KSA, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. The role focuses on building relationships with beverage and food manufacturers and managing the full sales cycle from lead to orders.

You will need a strong technical-commercial understanding, an established network, and the ability to negotiate, sample, approve, and deliver profitable business across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the beverage ingredients industry.
• Direct experience selling flavours, juice concentrates, purees, blends, and beverage applications.
• Established network with beverage manufacturers.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a bonus.
• Proficient with MS Office and Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Middle East.
• Identify and develop new B2B customers across juice, dairy, soft drinks, functional beverages.
• Manage and develop strategic Key Accounts across the region.
• Build relationships with Procurement, R&D, Technical, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and new product applications.
• Manage customer projects from brief through sampling, trials, and order.
• Collaborate with Technical and R&D teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contracts with profitability focus.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Product Management and Technical/R&D.
