Job summary

Chef Middle East is seeking a Category Specialist – Beverage Products to drive growth within the Beverage portfolio across assigned accounts in the UAE. The role focuses on expanding and strengthening relationships with existing customers by leading collaborative sales initiatives and achieving sales targets for the beverage product lines.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with HACCP & ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• College diploma or 3+ years related experience in beverages sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow beverage category.
• Familiar with HACCP & ISO procedures and food products.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in beverage lines.
• Coach and develop sales teammates to boost product knowledge.
• Lead marketing activities to generate demand in the market.
• Build relationships with key accounts and brand suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for customers when needed.
• Support initiatives to ensure product profitability and growth.
• Analyze leads and prepare business reviews with suppliers.
• Attend training courses as required.
