Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced in-store merchandising professional to manage product availability and shelf displays across the market. You will ensure planogram compliance and collaborate with store teams to optimize visibility and promotions.

The role requires 5+ years in FMCG or beverage distribution, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a field-based capacity with English communication. UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure full product availability on shelves and maintain proper display facing for brand visibility.
• Follow planograms and merchandising standards to optimize space and visibility.
• Check stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations; rotate stock FIFO to avoid expiry issues.
• Coordinate with store managers for replenishment and secure shelf space.
• Implement promotions displays and POS materials; set up gondola end-caps and secondary displays.
• Ensure correct pricing and promotion visibility in stores; report competitor activities and pricing.

What We're Looking ForExperience:

Minimum 5–8 years FMCG sales & merchandising experience in UAE · Must have experience in: o Energy drinks OR o Soft drinks OR o Beverage category

Skills

• Strong understanding of retail execution standards

• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Other Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or preferably beverage distribution sectors.
• Minimum 2–3 years leading, coaching, and setting targets for field sales teams or account executives.
• UAE Driving License preferred
