Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Beautician to join our premium salon in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be versatile in a range of beauty services including hair care, facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure and basic makeup. She should be customer-oriented, professional and able to deliver high-quality beauty treatments with consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of beauty services including:
  • Hair cutting, blow drying, coloring and styling
  • Facial treatments and skincare routines
  • Eyebrow threading and waxing
  • Manicure and pedicure (normal and gel polish)
  • Makeup application and basic hairstyling for events
• Assess clients beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across all tools, workstations and treatment areas.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Keep up-to-date with beauty trends, new techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure all salon procedures comply with UAE health, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support the salon in daily operations and assist team members when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of experience as a Beautician or All‑Rounder in a salon environment.
• Certified beautician or cosmetology diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in hair styling, facial treatments, waxing and nail care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays when required.
• Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate.
