Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Beach Attendant – Pool Services to join the resort's Pool Services team. The role focuses on guest comfort, safety, and flawless beach setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality, recreation, or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Team-oriented with proactive service attitude.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain beach loungers, umbrellas, towels, and amenities throughout the day.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and special requests.
• Ensure beach area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor guest activity and report safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Provide towels, water, and amenities promptly and courteously.
• Support lifeguards and pool services in maintaining a safe environment.
• Assist with beachside events, cabana services, and VIP arrangements as needed.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star standards in service and presentation.
• Maintain inventory and report replenishment needs.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines in all guest-facing areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
