Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Beach Attendant - Pool Services to join the resort’s Pool Services team. The role involves establishing and maintaining beach areas, assisting guests, and upholding Forbes Five-Star standards throughout operations.

Responsibilities include safety monitoring, towel and amenity provisioning, supporting lifeguards, and coordinating with VIP guests while preserving a pristine, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain beach loungers, umbrellas, towels, and amenities throughout the day.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and requests.
• Keep beach area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Monitor guest activity and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Provide towels, water, and amenities promptly and courteously.
• Support lifeguards and pool services team for a safe environment.
• Assist with beach events, cabana services, and VIP guest arrangements.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered.
• Maintain inventory of beach supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Uphold hygiene and safety in all guest-facing areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
