Job summary

Markets+ in Dubai seeks a regional business leader to execute the company’s strategy for Cyprus/Dubai, set targets for the derivatives business, and roll out regional marketing campaigns.

You will build and manage the regional team, drive B2B partnerships and KOL engagement, and work on product improvements to support growth in the Middle East and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of regional business team management experience.
• Over 3 years in the digital currency industry; CFD experience preferred.
• Proven track record of cross-border business cooperation with Middle East or South Africa networks.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork.
• Additional language proficiency a plus.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of regional business team management experience and over 3 years of experience in the digital currency industry; CFD financial experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of business cooperation in the financial sector, with extensive KOL networks in the Middle East or South Africa.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Business negotiation proficiency in English; additional language proficiency (Middle Eastern / South African language or Chinese) is a plus.
