Job summary

Markets+ in Dubai seeks a regional business leader to drive strategy for the Cyprus/Dubai markets, build and manage a regional team, and enable end-to-end B2B partnerships and user growth.

You will roll out regional marketing campaigns, support product iterations, and leverage extensive KOL networks in the Middle East or Africa; strong English negotiation skills are essential, with Arabic or Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of regional business team management experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in the digital currency industry; CFD financial experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of business cooperation in the financial sector with extensive KOL networks in the Middle East or South Africa.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Business negotiation proficiency in English; additional language proficiency (Middle Eastern / South African language or Chinese) is a plus.
