Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a BD Manager - International Ventures in Dubai to drive growth across government and private sectors. You will manage key partner relationships and identify revenue opportunities through strategic networking while representing the organization at industry events.

You will lead qualification, proposals, and negotiations with internal teams to deliver go-to-market execution and hit financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• 4+ years of B2B Business Development or Key Account Management experience.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with government/private sector partnerships preferred.

Job Description:

• Manage and grow high-value partner relationships, serving as the primary commercial contact for senior stakeholders across government and private sectors.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence — focusing on expansion, not cold calling.
• Represent the organization at industry events and meetings, staying ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead opportunity qualification, proposals, and negotiations while collaborating internally to deliver successful go-to-market execution and financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 38 years old and below with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of B2B Business Development or Key Account Management experience and proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent).
• With proven track record of developing and growing strategic accounts and partnerships and achieving sales target
• Experience working with government entities and large private organizations is highly preferred.
