Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a BD Manager for International Ventures in Dubai, leading high-value partner relationships with senior government and private-sector stakeholders. You will identify new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and market intelligence, steering negotiations and go-to-market execution.

Requirements include 4+ years in B2B development or key account management, and proven success in growing strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of B2B Business Development or Key Account Management experience and proficient in CRM.
• Proven track record of developing and growing strategic accounts and achieving sales target.
• Experience working with government entities and large private organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow high-value partner relationships, serving as the primary commercial contact for senior stakeholders across government and private sectors.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence — focusing on expansion, not cold calling.
• Represent the organization at industry events and meetings, staying ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead opportunity qualification, proposals, and negotiations while collaborating internally to deliver successful go-to-market execution and financial targets.
