Responsibilities
  1. Prepare banquet areas according to event requirements, including setting up tables, chairs, linen, silverware, and service stations.
  2. Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  3. Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately during events, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the service.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after the event.
  5. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of courses.
  6. Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any issues or special needs to supervisors.
  7. Clear tables and reset spaces as needed, adhering to event schedules and transitions.
  8. Support fellow team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  9. Comply with Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and procedures.
