Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak basic English to understand requests, notices and orders.
• Ability to count service ware during Big Four inventory.
• Ability to perform duties in extreme temperature ranges.
• Knowledge of equipment and how to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct team members, including temporary personnel.
• Ensure proper setup for banquet functions on shift.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and equipment for functions.
