You will work closely with the Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance, safety, energy initiatives, and contractor work, while upholding Hilton standards of integrity and teamwork.

This role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences of warmth and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of associates in hospitality or facilities.
• Ability to train, supervise and mentor staff with performance reviews.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team: recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff.
• Assist Chief Engineer with daily maintenance operations and priority setting.
• Ensure safety and compliance across building systems and life-safety standards.
• Support engineering performance through KPI monitoring and improvements.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on evacuation procedures and safety protocols.
• Oversee external contractors and inspect work for quality and compliance.
• Drive energy-efficiency initiatives to reduce utility costs.
