Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control across china, glassware, linen and silver to ensure accuracy and availability
• Oversee security, maintenance and functionality of all food service equipment
• Develop and enforce sanitation standards to comply with hygiene and safety regulations
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies to support efficiency and profitability
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach and mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and staff wellbeing
