Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels; ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: perform cleaning tasks like mopping and waste removal.
• Support events delivery: prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Follow health and safety protocols: handle hazardous substances safely and comply with hygiene regs.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs: alert supervisor on duty to safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Train and mentor team members: share expertise to strengthen team performance.
