Delano Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie – Banquets to join our culinary team on Bluewaters Island. You will take ownership of your section, delivering high-quality plates for intimate events and large banquets with care, precision, and creativity.

You will lead and guide Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, ensuring consistency, safety, and flawless execution across meals, buffets, and live cooking stations in a vibrant luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in luxury hotel banquet operations.
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail during high-volume service.
• Banqueting knowledge: buffet, plated, live stations.

Responsibilities

• Manage your assigned section and maintain Delano standards.
• Organise mise en place per event orders and schedules.
• Prepare dishes for plated events, buffets, receptions and live stations.
