Job summary

Bottle Flip in Dubai is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns for high-ticket B2B offers and business events.

You will drive lead generation, optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube, and work with sales to improve lead quality and revenue outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and results-driven performance in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing.
• Proven experience running campaigns for high-ticket B2B offers and/or business events.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Solid understanding of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
• Experience managing and scaling advertising budgets.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Develop lead generation strategies for high-ticket B2B offers, business conferences, workshops, summits, and professional events.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize campaign performance.
• Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics, including CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
• Continuously test and improve audiences, ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
• Build and optimize retargeting campaigns and conversion funnels.
• Monitor lead quality, event registrations, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability.
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking and performance reporting.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign results and lead quality.
