Job summary

NEPSE Trading in Dubai seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead off-plan real estate lead generation campaigns for international buyers and investors. This remote freelancer will independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, and more, collaborating with sales and creative teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and proven success in generating qualified international

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of performance marketing or media buying experience.
• Proven track record in paid advertising for real estate or off-plan projects.
• Demonstrated success generating international real estate leads.
• Strong expertise across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Snapchat advertising.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms.
• Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for Dubai off-plan real estate projects.
• Target international markets including UK, GCC, Europe, India, Pakistan, China, Russia/CIS, and Africa.
• Manage campaigns for overseas property roadshows, investor events, exhibitions, and launches.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs (CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, booking rate, ROAS).
• Collaborate with sales to evaluate lead quality and improve targeting and performance.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Set up and manage tracking with Meta Pixel, GTM, GA, and conversion APIs.
