AX Premium Properties is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid lead generation across Google and Meta in Dubai. You will run campaigns end-to-end, optimize CPL and lead quality, and shape the digital strategy that fuels the sales funnel.

Real estate experience is preferred; you will monitor KPI like CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in performance marketing, preferably in real estate, property, or high-ticket B2C
• Proven, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience independently managing significant monthly ad budgets
• Experience working with CRMs
• Able to execute solo, with hands-on campaign management at the core of the role
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to leadership and aligning with the sales team

Aufgaben

• Own the paid lead generation strategy across Google and Meta.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and negative keyword management.
• Build and scale Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including lead forms, audience targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and creative testing.
• Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and track leads through to qualification and closure.
• Brief and collaborate with design and web teams to build high-converting landing pages.
• Support search visibility and ensure organic and paid efforts work together.
• Support email nurture flows and social media activity where they feed the lead funnel.
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, lead-to-deal conversion) and deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage monthly ad spend, pace budgets effectively, and maximize ROI.
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and Dubai property market trends.
