Job summary
Aston VIP is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive lead generation for our international advisory firm in Dubai. This hybrid role offers both remote work and office presence, with a focus on measurable enquiries and revenue.
You will plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and X, plus SEO, landing pages and analytics to improve ROI. Willingness to travel or relocate to Dubai as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and X Ads.
- Experience with SEO and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience creating high-converting landing pages.
- Commercial mindset focused on ROI and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Create and test high-converting landing pages.
- Improve SEO performance.
- Manage conversion tracking and analytics.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS and lead quality.
- Test new acquisition channels before competitors.
- Work with management on growth strategy.
- Help establish Aston VIP as a leading advisory firm in Dubai.
