Job summary

Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national airline, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to drive new business among B2B clients. You will qualify leads, manage a portfolio of low-touch accounts, and run structured outbound campaigns across calls, email, and web inquiries to generate revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field and 4+ years in inside/B2B sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in inside sales, B2B sales or customer service.
• Proven expertise in lead generation, nurturing and conversion.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation through outbound prospecting via calls, email, and virtual channels.
• Qualify leads and convert them into active, revenue-generating B2B accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of low-touch B2B accounts to drive activation and upselling.
• Execute structured outreach campaigns across lead sources including events and web inquiries.
• Deliver against KPIs such as lead response time, conversion ratios, and revenue per account.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data within Salesforce CRM.
• Promote commercial offers, private fares, and incentive campaigns to clients.
• Identify market trends, objections, and competitor insights to stakeholders.
• Reactivate dormant accounts through targeted re-engagement propositions.
• Escalate high-value opportunities to Field Sales with full context.
