Job summary

The Flag Store UAE is seeking a hands-on Business Development & Sales Manager – B2B & B2C in Dubai. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, closing deals, and driving both B2B and B2C growth across events, corporate branding, hospitality, and real estate sectors.

You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with decision-makers, prepare proposals, and work closely with production and design teams to translate client needs into deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in printing, signage, advertising, events, or branding is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English; UAE market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers across sectors (events, corporate branding, hospitality, real estate).
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline; present quotations and close deals.
• Collaborate with production/design teams to translate client needs into deliverables.
