Job summary

CAM AUTO CENTRE is seeking a Mechanical & Body Shop Service Advisor for a full-time on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be the main liaison for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and explaining recommended repairs.

You will prepare estimates, manage job orders, coordinate with technicians, and monitor progress to ensure timely vehicle delivery. The role requires 3–4 years as a service advisor, strong English communication, and proficiency with service management

Qualifications

• Strong automotive knowledge with maintenance and service operations experience.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and document findings.
• 3–4 years as a service advisor with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in service management software and basic PC applications for orders, estimates, and reporting.

Responsibilities

The Mechanical & Body Shop Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and explaining recommended mechanical and body repair work. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, opening and closing job orders, coordinating with technicians, monitoring repair progress, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The role involves inspecting vehicles with customers, documenting concerns, updating customers on status and costs, and maintaining accurate records in the service management system. The Service Advisor will also support quality control, promote recommended maintenance services, manage billing, and contribute to a customer-focused, safe workshop environment.

Skills

• Strong automotive and mechanical knowledge, including experience with Maintenance and Automotive service operations.
• Ability to support Inspection activities, including basic vehicle checks, damage assessments, and documentation of findings.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a service advisor, with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications for job orders, estimates, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines in a busy workshop.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills common in Dubai are an advantage.
• Strong sales and follow-up abilities.
