Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager (UAE National Only) to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients and actively source new-to-bank customers within the non-for-profit segment, delivering end-to-end relationship support from onboarding to service execution.

You will handle KYC reviews, coordinate with operations and compliance, and work toward targets in deposits, fee income, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years banking experience, preferably Corporate/SME.
• Experience in account opening documentation review.
• Familiarity with KYC processes and service requests.
• UAE-based experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and acquire new-to-bank customers within the defined segment.
• Manage assigned portfolio of lower-to-mid tier clients with regular engagement.
• Process end-to-end account onboarding including KYC and activation.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance for smooth execution.
• Achieve financial targets including deposits and fee income.
• Maintain updated client records and pipeline.
