ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Dubai seeks a Relationship Manager- Priority Direct to service a large retail portfolio via digital and telecommunication channels. You will be the single point of contact, delivering proactive care and identifying upgrade opportunities within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will educate clients on digital banking features, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
2–4 years in retail banking, customer service, or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of banking products, customer segmentation, and digital channels.
Excellent communication in English and Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Manage an assigned portfolio of up to 1,000 customers via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital channels.
Provide personalized service by understanding each customer’s profile and financial needs.
Ensure timely handling of inquiries, service requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Educate customers on digital banking, self-service tools, and product features.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Identify opportunities to upgrade from Gold to Diamond based on value and income criteria.
Generate referrals for investment and takaful through the assigned Investment Advisor.
Cross-sell banking products aligned with customer needs and eligibility.
