Associate Manager – Campaign Marketing is a full‑time retail marketing role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position is open to Emirati professionals who will coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, working closely with the Director – Digital Marketing and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, CRM, e‑commerce, and offline marketing channels.
- Translate approved campaign plans into detailed schedules, deliverables, ownership assignments, and launch milestones.
- Maintain campaign trackers, workback plans, approval records, dependencies, and risk mitigation actions.
- Coordinate retail operations, commercial, creative, CRM, performance marketing, e‑commerce, and agency stakeholders.
- Secure required briefs, assets, approvals, translations, commercial inputs, and technical support within agreed timelines.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively address delays, missing inputs, conflicting priorities, and execution bottlenecks.
- Review campaign assets for accuracy, brand alignment, messaging consistency, functionality, and market readiness.
- Oversee the scheduled deployment of creative materials, landing pages, digital activations, customer communications, and in‑store content.
- Confirm that campaign deliverables remain within the approved scope and support the agreed marketing objectives.
- Develop clear campaign briefs and ensure stakeholders understand requirements, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Consolidate channel performance information and support the preparation of post‑campaign reports.
- Maintain an organized repository of campaign documentation, approvals, results, insights, and lessons learned.
- Improve campaign templates, standard operating procedures, governance practices, and coordination workflows.
- Promote ownership and timeline discipline across participating departments and agency partners.
- Support objective setting, progress monitoring, performance discussions, and employee development activities.
- Provide constructive observations that help team members strengthen delivery quality and professional capability.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate suitable learning initiatives with the Human Capital team.
- Encourage knowledge sharing, policy compliance, collaboration, and consistent execution standards.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience managing marketing campaigns within retail, e‑commerce, consumer services, or a multi‑market organization.
- UAE national status in line with the Emirati talent requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate integrated campaigns across online and offline customer touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, creative development, approvals, deployment, and reporting workflows.
- Experience working with CRM, e‑commerce, performance marketing, commercial, operations, and agency teams.
- Ability to manage several campaigns, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Strong organizational judgment with disciplined attention to campaign details and documentation.
- Confident communication skills for driving alignment, requesting decisions, and resolving delays.
- Practical experience creating campaign trackers, workback schedules, briefs, status reports, and post‑campaign reviews.
- Awareness of brand governance, customer communication standards, and quality assurance processes.
