Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaign execution from initial briefing through launch, monitoring, reporting, and post-campaign review.
- Build detailed workback schedules covering deliverables, deadlines, approvals, dependencies, and accountable stakeholders.
- Coordinate digital, CRM, e-commerce, in-store, performance marketing, creative, and commercial campaign activities.
- Act as the main coordination point for internal departments, regional markets, and external agency partners.
- Follow up on creative assets, commercial inputs, technical requirements, translations, and final approvals.
- Monitor campaign progress against scope, objectives, and agreed delivery dates.
- Identify execution risks early and establish practical mitigation actions with the relevant teams.
- Review customer-facing assets for accuracy, consistency, functionality, and readiness before deployment.
- Oversee the release of campaign creatives, landing pages, digital activations, customer messages, and offline materials.
- Resolve workflow bottlenecks that could affect launch timing, campaign quality, or stakeholder confidence.
- Prepare clear campaign briefs and ensure each participating team understands its responsibilities.
- Maintain campaign trackers, approval records, status updates, documentation, and decision logs.
- Consolidate performance findings from participating channels and assist with post-campaign analysis.
- Organize campaign learnings, reports, creative references, and supporting documents in a structured repository.
- Improve campaign templates, standard operating procedures, governance controls, and planning practices.
- Encourage timely decision‑making, ownership, and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
- Assist with objective setting, employee progress tracking, and performance review activities.
- Share constructive observations that support employee development and better campaign delivery.
- Coordinate identified training needs with the Human Capital team.
- Promote policy compliance, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, retail marketing, or digital campaign operations.
- Proven ability to coordinate several campaigns and stakeholder groups at the same time.
- Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce, performance media, creative production, and offline activation.
- Experience developing campaign schedules, trackers, briefs, approval workflows, and performance summaries.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing messaging, assets, deadlines, and campaign documentation.
- Ability to obtain timely inputs and decisions from senior and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to address delays and maintain productive working relationships.
- Practical problem‑solving skills for managing dependencies, changing priorities, and execution risks.
- Familiarity with agency coordination and multi‑market campaign delivery is advantageous.
- Understanding of corporate governance, policy compliance, and structured marketing processes.
