A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated individual for Elite Banking client management. This fulltime role invites fresh graduates with a finance degree or equivalent. Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate with finance or equivalent University Degree.

  • Basic knowledge of banking practice and theory is preferred.

  • Plan and support direct marketing activities with Directors.
  • Achieve revenue targets and client acquisition goals.

Job description

  • Manage Elite Banking client relationships along with Directors and Executive directors of Elite Banking by rendering the highest level of services to the customer and referring banking products like insurance investment products Mortgage BFS products and Services to support the team across the identified customer segments to achieve financial and nonfinancial business objectives.
  • To plan and carry out direct marketing activities and support the Directors to fulfil their sales initiatives in accordance with the agreed business plans.
  • Support Directors and EDs to achieve assigned revenue targets AUM CASA and customer acquisition targets.
  • Support acquiring clients as well as managing maintaining and deepening the relationships through the expertise in Financial planning and the selling of various personal Financial & Investment products.
  • To provide and maintain on an ongoing basis a daily sales report figures forecasting & any other record which may be required by the Unit Head to keep uptodate records of sales & performance.
  • Achieve best in class productivity to maximize the efficiency of the sales process.
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing Priority Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.
  • Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling / reduction of customer complaints.
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Researches potential markets develops client referral sources and initiates contact with prospects to promote and sell the banks products and services.
  • To visit existing clients at least once in 2 months.
  • To meet and introduce minimum 23 new prospective clients per day.
  • Attending product trainings to be up todate with the market developments.
  • To ensure full compliance of Regulatory mandates process and policies.
  • To ensure full compliance to internal policies procedures SOPs and SLAs.

Qualifications :

  • Fresh Graduate with finance or equivalent University Degree. (Highschool is accepted for UAEN exclusively that are in progress of getting their university degree)
  • High sense of sales drive and energy levels. Ability to thrive in high pressure environments.
  • Basic knowledge of banking practice and theory.
  • Good teamwork and negotiation skills.
