Qualifications

Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to understand client needs and assist in developing and executing account strategies. The role involves managing client servicing aspects, including account documentation, onboarding, and transaction processing, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ARM will also support client reporting, portfolio reviews, and presentations, and act as a key liaison between clients, banks, and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to address client financial needs.
  • Manage client servicing tasks such as account opening and documentation.
  • Process client instructions for payments, transfers, and investments.
  • Coordinate with banks to resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Monitor account activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare client reports, portfolio reviews, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal process improvements and maintain learning through certifications.
Profile
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a client servicing role within financial services (Private Banking preferred).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking platforms, basic accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Skills: Proactive, adaptable, excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Qualifications: University degree or equivalent.
  • Competencies: Strong client orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
