Job summary

Maseera is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager - BB MBBF to drive sales and deepen client relationships in the UAE market. You will pursue monthly and annual targets, develop New To Bank acquisitions, and leverage cross-sell opportunities across products.

The role requires solid knowledge of KYC and compliance, a proactive approach to learning, and reliable daily sales reporting to keep the team leader and manager informed.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish set sales and revenue objectives for all Products as per set business plan.
• Achieve monthly & annual set KPI objectives for MBBF as per the assigned role.
• Focus on New To Bank acquisition along with leveraging existing client base.
• To leverage on cross sell opportunities to ensure higher revenue per customer.
• Maintain Daily Sales Reports on sales performance for review by team leader and manager assets.
