• Designs, develops, and delivers engaging courses in microbiology and related disciplines to students in health sciences, including pharmacy, nursing and physiotherapy, aligning with the University’s core pillars: Teaching, Research, and Community Service.
• Assesses student performance, provides constructive feedback, and mentors students to foster academic and professional growth.
• Research, curates, and manages educational resources, course syllabi, and professional networks to enhance learning outcomes.
• Identifies and implements innovative teaching methods, tools, and resources to optimize course delivery and student engagement.
• Contributes to accreditation processes and institutional quality assurance initiatives.
• Undertakes additional duties as assigned to support departmental and university goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A PhD in Microbiology from a reputable, accredited university.
• Graduation from an institution using the credit-hour system, with English as the primary language of instruction.
