Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same role in luxury hotels and resorts.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyse financial reports.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand values, mission, vision, and LQA standards.
• Attend department meetings, daily briefings, and training; communicate issues to superiors.
• Execute tasks assigned by superiors within department scope, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate professionally with subordinates, colleagues, and other departments.
• Treat colleagues and staff fairly while maintaining a professional attitude toward guests.
• Be aware of health and safety procedures; report hazards promptly.
