Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead guest experiences with a focus on personalised service and consistent standards.

You will welcome guests, coordinate with Concierge and F&B, handle feedback, and plan events, while promoting the brand's dining venues and experiences. The role requires 3–5 years in a luxury hotel, a hospitality degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong problem solving.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional and engaging welcome to guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and consistent service standards.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations, Concierge, and F&B to personalise guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and timely resolution.
• Support planning and coordination of guest events and bookings across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of brand and hotel offerings to promote experiences.
• Mentor and coach Guest Relations colleagues while upholding high standards.
