Job summary

Millennium Place Barsha Heights is seeking an Assistant Learning & Development Manager to support the implementation of L&D activities aligned with business needs in Dubai. You will assist in training programme delivery, conduct L&D needs analysis, coach On-Job Trainers, and supervise training activities.

You will maintain the L&D database, submit monthly reports, and support intern and trainee recruitment, including managing the Millennium Hotels Nationalisation programme TooMooH.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting L&D activities aligned with business needs.
• Skilled in delivering training programmes and coaching on-the-job trainers.
• Able to conduct L&D needs analysis and prepare implementation plans.
• Experience maintaining L&D databases and submitting monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing L&D activities aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate quarterly L&D needs analysis and prepare plans for identified requirements.
• Host off-the-job training programmes organized by the L&D leader.
• Support the L&D leader in coaching On-Job Trainers.
• Supervise On-Job Training activities using audit tools.
• Enhance Off-Job Training through coaching and follow-ups.
• Assist departments with Personal Development Plans.
• Maintain L&D Database and submit monthly calendars/reports.
• Support recruitment of interns/trainees per L&D policy and nationalisation TooMooH.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental procedures are followed.
