Job summary

Excellence Driving Centre in Dubai is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Executive to join its team in Al Qusais. The role focuses on identifying training needs, delivering engaging programs, and supporting employee development to raise workplace performance.

You will coach and mentor staff, manage training calendars, present sessions, and collect feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in relevant field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, and Performance Improvement.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and design or deliver effective training programs.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Prepare, organize, and manage training calendars and schedules.
• Deliver presentations and facilitate engaging learning sessions.
• Gather training feedback and recommend improvements to learning programs.
• Support organizational development and operational excellence initiatives.
