Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking an experienced L&D professional to design and deliver training programs aligned with our Talent Management strategy. You will analyze needs, plan the annual calendar, deliver sessions, and collaborate with vendors to source learning solutions.

In this role you’ll manage budgets, coach managers, track ROI using LMS metrics, and drive onboarding, compliance, and leadership development initiatives across our diverse teams in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to analyze training needs and measure ROI.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Budget management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs aligned with Talent Management.
• Conduct training needs analysis and close skill gaps.
• Plan and deliver annual training calendar.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and leadership development.
• Manage training budget and vendor partnerships.
• Provide coaching to managers and monitor ROI.
• Oversee onboarding, LMS usage, and compliance.
• Prepare leadership reports and dashboards.
