Al Rais Investment Group seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee Rent a Car, fleet, and related operations across multiple divisions in the UAE. The role requires leadership of managers and teams to achieve revenue targets, cost control, and высокий KPI performance.

You will drive improvements in operations, automation, and service delivery while collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience, UAE preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong Rent a Car and Fleet Management experience mandatory.
• Experience overseeing multiple divisions (Rent, Delivery, Real Estate, Technology).
• Knowledge of fleet operations, revenue management, P&L, KPIs, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and business development skills.
• UAE driving license required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations and performance across multiple divisions.
• Lead Rent a Car and Fleet Operations including utilization and maintenance.
• Manage Managers and teams; monitor KPIs, revenue, and costs.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and SOPs.
