Job summary

Anydrive is seeking a Fleet Manager in the United Arab Emirates to optimize vehicle operations, maintenance standards, and efficiency measures for a digital car rental platform. You will oversee fleet strategy, utilization, and performance reporting, driving growth and reliability across mobility services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operation of all functions of transportation and maintenance of fleet with external suppliers.
• Develop and implement controls to guard against revenue spillage and ensure workshops are managed for rent readiness.
• Direct execution of operating policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Manage revenue and expense goals, day-to-day operations and staff development.
• Ensure vehicles are operated efficiently and establish performance reporting systems.
• Install and monitor telematics equipment and promote best practices across the company.
• Evaluate operating procedures and create centralized practices for uniform performance.
• Lead crisis management and be available for weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
